2020...

The start of a new decade.  

It’s important to take a moment. Reflect on the journey that got you where you are today. Honor yourself and those that got you there, because nobody achieves dreams alone.  

Things might have played out differently to what you had in mind,

How many times have you started something in your life never to finish?

How many challenges have you set for yourself that went unmet?

How many goals do you have that you think are out of reach?

Goals are great. But far more important are the countless small actions you undertake consistently and daily. Focus on the inside work and being consistently consistent. The outside will take care of itself.

Build your life resume, focus on living a healthier, more authentic life that ultimately leads you to being the best version of yourself.
