Red Espresso Summer Recipe
One of my favourite ways to drink Red Espresso in summer is to have it as a refreshing ice tea. Loaded with antioxidants it is a delicious way to cool down the summer.
Ingredients
- red espresso ground rooibos
- Apple juice
- Ice
Instructions
- Fill a glass with ice
- Add ⅔ apple juice
- Express a double shot of red espresso (60ml/2oz.) and pour over ice and apple juice
- Garnish with fresh mint
TIP: Try it with pear, peach, grape, cranberry or pomegranate juice
